Phase 0

Web platform foundation

94% complete

Canonical contracts, encrypted reference slice, deterministic contract bundle, admin subroutes, and verification suites are merged. The Roadmap is public for external review, and native delivery is no longer on the critical path.

Upcoming turns

  1. 01Keep contracts, crypto, and server authorization stable while web slices land.
  2. 02Audit production configuration and recovery evidence before public launch.

Phase 1

Free personal-history web journey

58% complete

Encrypted upload, document access, sharing foundations, migration, and recovery primitives exist. The complete create-to-reopen journey still needs a user-facing gap audit and acceptance run.

Upcoming turns

  1. 01Inventory every web route and classify implemented, incomplete, or misleading flows.
  2. 02Complete one archive, upload/capture, organize, reopen, recover, and export journey.
  3. 03Run the journey as a new user and record observable acceptance evidence.

Phase 2

Web capture, durability, and stopgaps

34% complete

Browser encryption and upload exist, while durable offline behavior and capture quality need verification. OS-only guarantees must be identified with evidence and honest stopgaps.

Upcoming turns

  1. 01Test interruption, refresh, offline, retry, duplicate, and large-file behavior.
  2. 02Implement the strongest credible browser queue and recovery UX.
  3. 03Adjudicate only truly OS-bound gaps and reserve them for Capacitor/native.

Phase 3

Supporter Curator and groups

6% complete

The product direction is accepted: personal histories stay free, while a $5/month-or-more subscription may fund groups and carefully controlled stewardship. Implementation controls are not yet approved.

Upcoming turns

  1. 01Define free-core and paid-entitlement boundaries without paywalling ownership.
  2. 02Design curator/group roles, consent, succession, audit, revocation, and disputes.
  3. 03Approve billing, cancellation, grace-period, privacy, and legal language.

Phase 4

Sharing, stewardship, and providers

56% complete

Client-encrypted sharing, access policy, key wraps, and revocation foundations exist. Delegated stewardship must remain separate from payment and pass a least-privilege review.

Upcoming turns

  1. 01Map sharing flows onto page, rendition, and asset identities.
  2. 02Add scoped delegation, visible audit evidence, recovery, and revocation fixtures.

Phase 5

OCR, indexing, and bounded AI

12% complete

Provider-neutral processing contracts and privacy boundaries are frozen. No adapter is active, and model output remains proposal-only.

Upcoming turns

  1. 01Implement useful local search and indexing before optional remote enrichment.
  2. 02Add consent-scoped OCR evidence and deterministic suggestion validation.

Phase 6

Capacitor bridge

0% complete

Deliberately not started. Capacitor is considered only after core web flows are complete, stable, and user-tested, or a specific browser limitation justifies packaging.

Upcoming turns

  1. 01Define a revisit milestone from real web evidence.
  2. 02Package the proven web product without inventing a parallel product model.

Phase 7

Full native iOS and Android

0% complete

Frozen indefinitely to protect the delivery and token budget. The pre-mobile repository is reference-only until the owner explicitly unfreezes it after web and Capacitor evidence.

Upcoming turns

  1. 01No development turns are scheduled.
  2. 02Retain native-reserved requirements as documented future evidence only.
